Radial Shock Wave Therapy
What is RSWT?
Radial shockwaves are mechanical pressure waves that work on the body soft tissues to promote healing and pain relief through a course of treatment. It can penetrate to a depth of 35-40mm targeting damaged structures deep below the skin surface.
How it works?
The shockwaves encourage the release of many substances which trigger various pain-inhbiting and stimulating reactions in the body. As a result, there will be a reduction in pain and expansion of blood vessels which bring about improved blood flow and tissue healing!
