What is Power Taping?
Power taping is an unique taping technique working on the concept of "movement patterns" of the human body to connect the brain to the body's uninterrupted fascial structure to enhance rehabilitation or performance via skin stimulation. It does not restricts blood flow or the freedom of movements and yet provide good stabilisation to assist soft tissue recovery.
What can it be used for?
